Healthy lifestyle has gotten in our cultural behavior big time and everyone understands that if you have healthy habits you improve your living. Здоровый образ жизни прочно вошёл в нашу культуру поведения и уже все понимают, что имея здоровые привычки, человек качественно улучшает свою жизнь. There are 2 main habits that you have to follow if you choose to follow healthy lifestyle or it’s often called ZOZH. The first one is healthy eating. If a person doesn’t eat healthy then all the other habits will be useless. If you are eating healthy you must consume less salt and sugar as well as fats. And you should consume as much fruits and vegetables as possible, at least 500 grams a day. The second main thing is to do sports. Such sports as jogging, gymnastics, fitness, swimming, yoga, aerobics, bike riding etc are among the important ones in ZOZH. It is a good practice to do some exercises in the morning as well. Имеется две главных привычки, которые надо выполнять при здоровом образе жизни или, как чаще называют в сокращении — ЗОЖ. Первое, это правильное питание. Если человек будет неправильно питаться, то все остальные привычки будут практически бесполезны. При правильном питании надо свести к минимуму солёное и сладкое, а также жирное. А вот наоборот, больше употреблять в пищу надо фруктов и овощей, не менее 500 грамм в сутки. Второе, это конечно регулярное занятие спортом. В ЗОЖ приветствуются такие виды спорта как: бег, гимнастика, фитнес, плавание, йога, аэробика, велоспорт и другие. Не лишним будет и обычная зарядка по утрам. And the last habit that I mention the last one but it should be the first one is to stop smoking and drinking alcohol. But this is out of question because if a person smokes or drinks alcohol then he can forget about healthy lifestyle.
