1. В отрицательных предложениях (обычно с present perfect) со значением "ещё не". Yet ставится в конце предложения. Пример: She hasn`t arrived yet - Она ЕЩЁ НЕ приехала
2. В вопросительных предложениях (обычно с present perfect) со значением "уже". Пример: Has she arrived yet? - она УЖЕ приехала?
3. Yet может также использоваться в утвердительных предложениях со значением "ещё". Очень часто здесь используется именно Present Simple. Примеры: There’s plenty of time yet - ещё полно времени; We have a lot more work to do yet - Нам предстоит ещё много работы
4. Часто yet используется в предложениях с превосходной формой со значением "до сих пор". It`s her fastest marathon yet - Это её самый быстрый марафон
5. Также yet может выступать в роле союза. Значение схоже с "but" и "nevertheless"(но, тем не менее)
