My favorite TV show is the show "the VOICE". This is a singing competition. Now there is a selection on an adult voice. There are 4 mentor: Dima Bilan,Pelageya,Alexander Gradsky and Leonid Agutin. They listen to the participants of not seeing them. If more than one mentor is rotated,the participant chooses. I think this show is a good chance for talented people.
