Объяснение:

Так это глагол to be. Вот так образуются отрицательная и вопросительная форма глагола to be. Когда мы хотим сделать отрицательное предложение так мы добавляем not к глаголу to be. А когда вопросительную ставим глагол to be в начало предложение. Думаю объяснила.Удачи!
