smoking is one of the best habits nowadays. some people start it at a very young age - as a way way of showing off or trying to make an impression on somebody. Or maybe just to demonstrate how mature and independent they are, i don't know exactly why. i suppose everyone has his or her own way of aquiring this bad habit. At first they don't realise that it can last till the end of their lives with a lot of difficulties trying to get rid of it. They believe they can give up at any moment, how naive they are! the idea that it's time to give up comes up to their minds only when they become aware that they have got some health problems. At this point they begin to understand that giving up smoking is not so easy as they used to think it is. They turn to different methods, however they help not so often as you could suppose. To my mind, only your strong will and desire can help. Of course, the person willing to give it up shoould switch on some activities that would help him or her to forget about it: try backpacking, trekking, cycling or what-not. And the support of their nearest and dearest is the main factor? in my opinion.

Today in society , more people are fighting for a healthy lifestyle. They do not smoke , do physical exercise , do not eat unwholesome food. Their main goal - to maintain health, to be active and live longer . I also support a healthy lifestyle.
Whatever the man did , it affects her body. If you long to harm him in small doses , sooner or later all this harm will develop together. Then the person is sick . And because we want to be healthy, we give up bad habits. That Nepal, do not use drugs, do not drink alcohol.
Still worth a walk outdoors, regularly ventilate the apartment , doing morning exercises to practice a particular sport. Yes , we support your body in good shape.
Another sign of a healthy lifestyle - a proper diet. It should adhere to the meal, eat only organic foods. For example, I try to eat as little as possible fast food, sweets, sausages, overcooked . And all kinds of products with dyes and preservatives : chips , drinks and more. Though sometimes entails incredible to eat, but I understand that great food often useful , but simply harmful. These meals should be replaced with delicious fresh fruit or vegetables.
People who are fighting for a healthy lifestyle also learn less irritated, less spoil your nerves. No wonder they say : the nerve cells do not recover .
I believe that a healthy lifestyle is good - and support it. However, not all over , so I still have something to strive for . Because I want to be tough , strong and healthy, so do not waste your time on diseases and medicines.
