Turn the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Brush the cake pan with vegetable oil or butter and sprinkle with flour. Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder) in a large bowl. Whisk eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, lemon zest and juice with a mixer in another bowl. While stirring, gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Add the vegetable oil to the dough and mix. Put the dough in a baking dish and place it in the oven. Bake the lemon cake in a hot oven for 45 minutes. Check readiness of the cake with a toothpick (it should be dry). Make the glaze: mix powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle cooled lemon cake with glaze. The cake is ready!
