Утвердительная форма совпадает по форме с инфинитивом без частицы to:

Отрицательная форма выражающая запрещение совершить действие, образуется при вс глагола do и отрицательной частицы not:
Do not open the window (don’t open the window)
Подлежащее в таких предложенияхотсутствует приказание, совет и т.д. обычно бывают обращены ко 2-му лицу единств. и мн. числа. Для выражения побуждения к действию, относящемуся к 1-му и 3-му лицу, употребляется вс глагол let и инфинитив без частицы to (первая основная форма глагола):
