The Danes family

Gloria Danes, 75 years old, lived for most of her life with only simple technology –
a telephone, television and radio. She hates all modern technology and is frightened of it. Her
son, William, has tried to teach her how to use a computer so she can Skype her grandchildren in
Australia but she cannot do it. She always presses the wrong buttons. William has also given her
