For the last 100-150 years our diet changed to unrecognizability. Thanks to new gastronomic revolution it became easier to prepare, and more difficult to digest.

We drink powder milk and we make boiled water dry mashed potatoes, we cook porridges five-minutes, we eat soy cottage cheese, we smear on bread artificial caviar, we put in tea lump sugar instead of brown sugar, we strew food with a glutamate instead of salt, we support forces power drinks, we satisfy hunger by hot dogs and hamburgers
The food is so far today from a grocery basket of the 19th century, as a modern miniskirt from imperial crinolines of queen Victoria.
Whether is from us such who doesn't poison itself(himself) and relatives with this muck? Or at least realizes it? How you in general treat modern food?
