Once upon a time there lived the boy, who failed to do his English home tasks from day to day. His teacher didn’t know how to cope with this problem and decided to give a good lesson for him. One day, Bob got up and understood, that he was in Wonderland of the English language. To get back home, he had to do 3 tasks of grammar: to give 3 forms of the verb «return», to explain the difference between Present Simple Tense and Present Continuous, to name examples of using the definite article. But because he was a very lazy one, he couldn’t find the answers. Fortunately, he met the Queen of that Wonderland. She gave him grammar books and he could learn all unknown rules. After that, he answered very well and the Queen let him go home. But she took a promise, that Bob would learn English perfectly well. He got up and found himself at his house with many English books in his hands. From that time, he was always ready with his home tasks.
Many, many years ago lived an emperor, who thought so much of new clothes that he spent all his money in order to obtain them; his only ambition was to be always well dressed. He did not care for his soldiers, and the theatre did not amuse him; the only thing, in fact, he thought anything of was to drive out and show a new suit of clothes. He had a coat for every hour of the day; and as one would say of a king "He is in his cabinet," so one could say of him, "The emperor is in his dressing-room."
