I think that alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction are bad habits. But that is not all. Behavior damaging our health and shortening our life is poor eating habit. They are fast food, snacking at the TV or a computer, late suppers etc. Eating, for example , meals from fast food restaurants contain much fat, sugar and carcinogenic substances from frying oil is not healthy for you. It leads to overweighing, problems with stomach and intestines and even more serious diseases. Violations of the correct daily mode is another group of harmful behaviors. So eating right and exercising are essential to having a healthy lifestyle.

Это - переедание, употребление фаст-фуда, перекусывание у телевизора или компьютера, поздние ужины и т.д. например, употребление блюд из ресторанов быстрого питания содержащих много жира, сахара и канцерогенных веществ из масла для жарения не является здоровым для вас. Это приводит к избыточному весу, проблемам с желудком и кишечником и даже к более серьезным заболеваниям. Нарушения правильного ежедневного режима - другая группа нездорового поведения. Таким образом правильное питание и физические упражнения важны для ведения здорового образа жизни.
There are 3 main things in my healthy lifestyle: healthy eating, physical exercise and leisure activities. All together these components help me keep my body and mind in good condition.
Healthy eating
Formation of right eating habits is one of the ways to having good health. There are enough fruits, vegetables, meat and fiber in my diet. I avoid overeating and drink plenty of water.
Physical exercise
Our body needs physical exercise. However, that does not imply spending 3 hours in a gym every day. We all are different. Some gruel themselves with heavy muscle-strengthening exercises, for others a short walk is enough. I like swimming and yoga. I also enjoy long walks in the fresh air.
Leisure
While keeping our body healthy, we should not forget about our mind. Having a hobby or involving oneself in different leisure activities helps restore our mental health.
There are different types of leisure activities, from reading books and knitting to hiking and travelling. I recently discovered that I enjoy growing indoor plants and am very attracted by handmade works.
