ekaterinburg  is a major city in the central part of Russia, the administrative center of Sverdlovsk Oblast. Situated on the eastern side of the Ural mountain range, it is the main industrial and cultural center of the Urals Federal District. Its population of 1,293,537 (2002 Census), which is down from 1,364,621 recorded in the 1989 Census, makes it Russia's fifth largest city. Between 1924 and 1991, the city was known as Sverdlovsk (Свердло́вск), after the Bolshevik leader Yakov Sverdlov. i missed you so much and i havent seen you for a while. i have so much to tell you. can i visit you in a while? maybe i'll come next week or these weekends. i really want to talk to you and hear your news. i can tell you some of mine now- we moved into  new house it big and i like it a lot. last week i went to my aunts weddig, and my sister finished school and passed all her tests.
