1.You can`t except the reality. You only can accept it. That is, what you have to learn to do, not escaping it. Escape through a problem is not an option. Because, it`s not solving the problem. You have to think and come up with a solution to a problem. Now, you are just getting rid of it, which is bad, so don`t. It`s not even helping. You might not agree with me now, but you will see and understand it after the situations, that will teach you this lesson. 
2. There are several ways. But the best is just to come clean. Either you solve it, or you ask for help to solve it. But no way you are escaping it.
