On Sundays I usually get up at nine o'clock. I have breakfast and then I go for a walk with my friends or we go to the cinema.
At one o'clock I have lunch at home with my family.

At seven o'clock we have supper.
After supper I watch TV or listen to music.
At nine o'clock I go to bed.
