We all know that London is the capital of the Great Britain, so we can guess that there must be a lot of interesting places. For example, the London eye - a very famous and quite high sight. Also, Buckingham Palace. It has been the official London residence of sovereigns since 1837. It is almost unreal to forget about Big Ben, as everybody knows how this clock tower looks like. It is actually the principal bell within the tower. I would also list the Westminster Abbey. It is the traditional place of coronation and burial site for English monarch. Another interesting sight of London must be Tower Bridge. It has stood over the river Thames since 1894. The Tower of London was founded by King William the Conqueror in 11th century. To conclude, I want to say that London seems interesting to me. If I had a chance to visit it, I would certainly do it, because London is also a very historical city, full of its own beautiful "secrets".
