What do these words mean"Healthy food for students " . Personally i think healthy food for any student should consist of at least three meals a day . But the more the better. The First meal is of course breakfast. For me it is porridge with different fruits and a piece of bread made from whole wheat flour and a glass of a fresh juice.The Second meal is a snack , i usually have some nuts and protein candy bar . The Third one is dinner , it should be complex and nutritional .The fourth one is supper it should be light or sometimes i don't have it at all . I always remember the words of my grandma : " "Have Breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dine like a pauper"
