I am very concerned about my health and I always eat balanced meals.
For breakfast I usually have scrambled or soft-boiled eggs, a couple of pieces of toast with jam, a piece of cheese and large glass of milk or orange juice.
For lunch I like to have a large salad with chicken or salmon, a cup of soup or a sandwich. I always have a cup of coffee after lunch, sometimes with pastry, like a muffin or a Danish.
Throughout the day I snack on fruit (apple, banana), nuts (almonds, walnuts) or whole wheat crackers. I try to drink lots of water and limit sugary drinks.
For dinner I like to have steak or burgers with a side of French fries or rice and steamed vegetables. A few days a week I eat fish or seafood. After dinner I have a cup of black or green tea with honey.
