It looks like you have a rough understanding of how to use parentheses in English. It seems like you are using them to capture verbs, but unfortunately, that is incorrect.


You should use parentheses to add information to add loosely related information to a sentence. The sentence should make sense without the parentheses.


An example is included below:

After the party (the one I went to last night), we went to the bar and had a drink.
