1. Gary had his motorcycle stolen from outside the disco.
To form the causative sentence, we use the structure "have + object + past participle". In this case, the object is "his motorcycle" and the past participle is "stolen". So the sentence becomes "Gary had his motorcycle stolen from outside the disco." This means that someone stole Gary's motorcycle.

2. Thomas had his CD player broken by his little brother.
Using the same structure as before, the object is "his CD player" and the past participle is "broken". Therefore, the sentence is "Thomas had his CD player broken by his little brother." This means that Thomas's little brother accidentally broke his CD player.

3. Neil had his house struck by lightning.
Again, we use the same structure, with "his house" as the object and "struck" as the past participle. The sentence is "Neil had his house struck by lightning." This means that Neil's house was hit by lightning.

4. Mary had her window smashed by a ball.
Following the same structure, the object is "her window" and the past participle is "smashed". So the sentence is "Mary had her window smashed by a ball." This means that a ball accidentally broke Mary's window.

5. Charles had his car damaged by a falling tree.
Using the same structure, the object is "his car" and the past participle is "damaged". The sentence is "Charles had his car damaged by a falling tree." This means that a falling tree caused damage to Charles's car.
