Ann: Hello, I'm your new neighbor and my name's Ann. I don't think we've met yet.

Emma: Oh, hello. Nice to meet you. I'm Emma. Come in, please!

Ann: Oh, no thanks. I'm on my way to school. I just wondered if I could have a quick word.

Emma: Okay, go ahead.

Ann: Honestly, I'm really angry about your dog that's been barking all night. So it kept me awake for hours. And now I've got a terrible headache.

Emma: Oh dear, I'm sorry. I understand why you are so upset. My dog is very noisy. But I promise I will try to do something about it.

Ann: Thank you so much, Emma, I appreciate that.

Emma: You're welcome! Oh, by the way, we're going to the cinema this Sunday! Do you fancy coming along?

Ann: Oh, that sounds like fun! But I'm having an exam on Monday and I'm going to prepare for it all weekend.
