If you don't enjoy exercising, then it's a lot more difficult to motivate yourself to get up and get moving! So, personal trainers from around the world have been working on new ways B) some of the new, "fun fitness" trends for people to try. "Rebounding" isn't really a new type of exercise. In fact, It's an old way of exercising from the 80s and 90s C) ... ... Rebounding is simply bouncing up and down on a trampoline. Its fans say that the jumping motion is a good workout for all your muscles, it's gentle on your joints, D) .. Do you remember running around the playground with your friends when you were little? Well, you might not have realized it, but that was great exercise! A new group called, "Rabble"

Today I want to tell about Flora in USA Great Britain and Kazahstan.At first sight(с первого взгляда) , I thought that there are practically no Flora.But I was mistaken.There are a lot of Flora there.I will name some.
In Usa there are a lot  of berrys, some dwarf willows and there are birchs.
And some cereals
In Great Britain there are a lot of forests and beautiful flowers.For example wild daffodil, lilies, purple orchids and primroses. 
In Kazahstan there are a lot of forests too.But Flora is not very big because half a countrie is sand.Also there are some flowers.

Читай.  Most essential to our body is food. Be moderate in eating. “A man is what he eats”. Some foods are better than others in making strong muscles. Among them are meat, eggs and fish. Some foods are better in helping keep bones, teeth, skin and blood. Among these foods are fruit, vegetables, milk and cheese. If you eat slowly you will never overeat. Never swallow your food. Different foods do different things for our body. Never drink alcohol: first of all it cost a lot of money, which might be used for better purposes. Second, the person who drinks will become unfit for his duties. Both health and character are often ruined.

Many young people feel guilty about eating too much chocolate. Chocolate does contain a lot of fat. However, if your diet is balanced, eating chocolate in moderation is fine. Food is a form of fuel. It gives us energy, helps us to grow, resist disease and form strong teeth and bones. Different foods do different things for the body. Almost all food can be eaten without any cooking at all. Most people ear raw fruit and vegetables. Fresh fruit and vegetables are important for our health. The proverb says: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”.
