Hi Megan,
I've bought a new novel and it's amazing! The title is 'Monsters Vs Aliens'. It's a science fiction book.
The main character of it is Susan Murphy. One day, she is hit by a rock that falls from space. Susan suddenly
grows very large and people think she is a monster. The government takes her away and keeps her in a secret
building with other strange monsters. Then thirteen huge robots arrive from space and start destroying
everything on earth. Susan and her new monster friends save the world.
The best thing I liked is the plot itself. The author is Hugh Laurie. I know he's your favourite writer, so you'll love
this book, too. I want to give it to you as a present. There are only two thousand copies of it!
