Everyone has their own way of life. Someone is always in the attention of other people , constantly communicating with friends. And someone who likes to be alone in his room and read a book . Someone leads a healthy lifestyle , and someone does not care about their health. All people are different , and therefore lead different lifestyles . The modern world has become fashionable to live a healthy lifestyle . Fashionable to go to gyms , fitness classes , dancing , etc. Modern man must be in good physical shape , have a college degree , look good. Many take examples from movie stars or pop stars. Their idols are always in good shape, well dressed , smart , well-kept. They are the role model for many young people .
