 В №4 скорее 2 вариант, или неправильно имя Will написано.
 Но если Will - глагол будущего времени, то точно второй вариант.              

Julie and Cindy are best friends.They I) have kown each other since they were five years old.They met on the very first day of school. On that very special day, Cindy was very frightened. She didn't want to leave her mother and go into the classroom with her new teacher.
