Наши выходные. Мы решили провести наши выходные возле озера.Мы встали рано утром в субботу. Погода была прекрасная. Солнца не было. Небо было голубым.Это был хороший и сухой,настоящий летний день. В одиннадцать часов мы были возле озера.Мы были усталыми,голодными и жаждущими, но мы были счастливы.Место было замечательное, и вода в озере была теплой и чистой.Мы решили поставить палатку. Б) Внезапно небо стало темным. Появились много облаков в небе.Было ветрено и дождливо.Стало очень холодно.Позже пошел сильный дождь.Это был конец наших выходных. С) Последние выходные были не очень счастливыми.Мои друзья и я решили выехать за город и провести два или три дня в деревне.Мы хотели жить в палатке,готовить еду на костре и играть в игры.Чарльз и Фред хотели рыбы.Вы знаете, им она очень нравится.Но я думаю, что они весьма преуспели в рыболовстве. Они обычно приходят домой с двумя или тремя рыбами, но они говорят, что они могут ловить рыбу очень хорошо.

Today, probably, there is no person on Earth who would remain indifferent to sports. Everyone understands the role of sports, but for some reason they stay away from physical education. One lacks time, the other lacks patience.

They join sports on TV screens, “rooting” for their favorite teams: football players, hockey players, and so on. Why is it necessary to play sports? First, speed, dexterity, flexibility develop. Secondly, endurance. A trained person can withstand great physical exertion.

Thirdly, if a person regularly goes in for sports, he can avoid many diseases, primarily colds. When I was little, I got sick very often. The doctor advised my parents to temper me. So I got into the swimming section, where I have been doing it for several years. Now I “forgot the way” to the doctor.

Not all of us will be champions, but playing sports will definitely help us become strong and healthy.
