1. Present Perfect Progressive. Так как он начал читать книгу, читает ее уже 2 часа и неизвестно когда закончит. В предложениях с Present Perfect Progressive, как правило, указывается период времени, в течение которого происходит действие. Период времени выражен: for two hours. Так же это время показывает вс глагол has been и глагол с окончанием ing.
2. Present Perfect. Время  обозначает действие, которое завершилось к настоящему моменту или завершено в период настоящего времени. В предложении говорится что он прочитал 53 страницы. Так же это время показывает вс глагол Has и глагол в 3 форме.
