On the one hand, nowadays there are a lot of young people who lead unhealthy lifestyle. For example, they use alcohol, drugs and other harmful substances. Adults eat poor food and the most part of their free time they spend in front of their TV.
On the other hand, according to various studies, the situation in our country is not so catastrophic. Many people still try to do sports, travel, go skiing, skate.
But to eat good food is very difficult. As for me, I think this issue is controversial. I always want to eat something tasty, and I rarely pay attention if thid food is useful or harmful. For me the main thing is that it is delicious.
In conclusion, I want to say that everyone chooses his own way in life. I guess nothing will make a man love life, you just need to seriously look into the future and think about a career, the future of work and family.
Начну с того, что в наши дни очень модно разговаривать о правильном питании и утренней зарядке, о том, что полезно вести активный образ жизни и бегать по утрам или вечерам по дорожкам в парке. Но чаще всего дальше разговора дело не идет. Человек говорит себе: "Завтра. Начну все завтра". И на этом все заканчивается.
С одной стороны, сейчас действительно многие молодые люди ведут неправильный образ жизни. Например, они употребляют алкоголь, наркотики и другие вредные вещества. взрослые люди неправильно питаются и большую часть свободного времени проводят перед телевизором.
С другой стороны, по данным различных исследований ситуация в нашей стране не такая уж катастрофическая.Многие люди все-таки стараются заниматься спортом, туризмом, ходят на лыжах, катаются на коньках.
Хотя с правильным питанием вопрос обстоит намного хуже. Что касается меня, то я считаю этот вопрос спорным. Мне всегда хочется вкусно поесть, и я редко обращаю внимание на то, полезная пища или вредная. Для меня главное, чтобы она пила вкусная.
В заключении хочу сказать, что каждый сам выбирает свою дорогу в жизни. Я думаю, ничто не заставит человека любить жизнь, для этого нужно просто серьезно смотреть в будущее и думать о карьере, будущей работе и семье.
Spain is my favourite country. I have never been there but I've heard so much about it . And I want to tell you about it..
Spain is the second largest country in Europe. The area of it is 194,908 meters squared including the Canaries and the Balearics. Spain's main cities are Madrid ( the capital ), Barcelona, Valencia and Seville. Spain's landmarks are the remote Ordesa Valley which lies in the heart of the Pyrenees Mountains in northeast Spain. It is a national park which attracts lots of tourists. Another landmark is the strange towers in Barcelona's Park of Spanish Industry. This park occupies the site of an old textile mill.
The main language is Spanish, but there are a few other`languages such as Euskara and Castilian. The main religion is Roman
Catholic.
Most villages have a bull-ring for bull-fighting which is very popular. Other popular sports are football, cycling, swimming and basketball. Other famous hobbies are flamenco dancing and Jai Alai which is a type of ball game.
Until the 1950's Spain was one of the poorest European countries, but since then it's economy has improved rapidly. The country is famous for its beautiful beaches along the Mediterranean coast. Other industry's are the steel industry, the textile industry and the agricultural industry
Nowadays the agricultural industry employs less than 15 percent of the workforce . The main exports are cereal, citrus fruits, olives, vegetables and rice. Sherry and other wines are also exported. This is why Spain is my favourite country.
