It is Saturday. I will not have classes, so I stay in bed later than usual. I will get up at ten and understand that it is too late to do morning exercises. At this time my Mum and Dad are not at home. I will look out of the window and see them in the garden, they take away the old leaves and prepare the garden for the winter.
So I will go to the kitchen and make my breakfast myself. I will eat my breakfast and look through the ads in the newspaper. It take me about an hour. As usual I will forget to wash up after breakfast. I will go back to my room and listen to my favourite music. Then I will hear the telephone ring and run to the drawing room. My groupmate will call. He will invite me to his place, But I not want to go out. At about 1 o’clock my parents will come in. They are both exhausted and angry, because my dirty dishes are still on the table. I will try to make up for it and offer to cook lunch, but my mother not allow me. I will feel ashamed and promise to myself that I start a new life tomorrow… Tomorrow is Sunday…

Text 1 NATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM In 1988, for the first time in the history of Great Britain, a national program was introduced. The National Curriculum tells students what subjects they should study when they should take the assessment tests. At the age from 14 to 16 years, students are studying for exams (General certificate of secondary education). Students must take exams in English, mathematics and science to receive a diploma, as well as half in a foreign language and technology. In addition, they should also be trained in physical education. Religious education and sex education, although they do not pass exams in these subjects. At the age of 16, a student can leave school. If students stay, they usually get A, AS, and GNVQS levels. Level A students study traditional subjects such as French, physics, or history. To enter a university, students usually require two or three levels. Students at the AS level take an exam in German at level A. But they do not pass an exam in literature at English at level A.
