Your wallet was stolen at a café and you have to go to the police station to report the theft. Write a note for the English exchange student who is staying at your home to explain your absence.
Tell him/her what happened and explain where you have gone.
· Tell him/her there is some food in the kitchen and explain how to prepare it.
· Say you didn’t have time to clean and ask him/her to do the dishes.
· Remind him/her that you have plans later today and say where and when you can meet.
If you’re hungry, just make a salad. All the ingredients are in fridge. So put out tomatoes, pepper and cucumbers. Then cut them and put olive oil. Also, you can add some mayonnaise.
Please do the dishes, because I did’t have time to do that, but I promise you that I’ll do it next time.
