The other thing is making sure that you follow a healthy diet. Following a healthy diet means ensuring that you eat when you are hungry and stop doing this when you are full. Also your menu has to include plenty of different fruits, berries and vegatables, seafood, beans, whole grains.

Our college is in the centre of the town.
I have a lot of friends at the college.
After the course of studies we are going to become mining engineers.
My grandfather was a mining engineer too.
He was a student of the Moscow Mining Academy many years ago.
It was one of the best-known educational institutions in Russia.
It had well-equipped laboratories and a library with many volumes of Russian and foreign books and journals on geology and mining.
