Thank you for your letter. I was very glad to receive it. My congratulations on your move to Chicago. I am glad that you love it there. You ask me where I would like to live if I could choose. Well, I think I would choose some big city by the sea. Why? Just because I like nature and I like to spend my free time by the river, lake or by the sea.
As for your second question, of course children themselves can not move anywhere they like to for they depend on their parents while they are young. When they grow up they understand that much depends on money. So it is not very easy to move another place they would like to, but still there are of course young people who are eager to change their place of living very much and they move to other places either to study there or to work.
Now I am closing. Keep in touch. Write how you are doing.
Best wishes,
Kate
Mix 2 eggs in a bowl, pour them on a pan with hot melted butter. Wait until the bottom layer cooks up, move the mass from sides of the pen to the center carefully. Continue doing that for about 5 minutes, until the top layer of omelette is ready (has no liquid on it). Season the omelette with salt and pepper.
Grate some cheese and place it in the middle of the omelette in a line from top to bottom. Roll the omelette gently from the side in a tube, using a paddle, leave it for 2 more minutes until the cheese melts a bit. Serve.
To buy:
2 eggs
150 gr of any cheese
a brick of butter
grinded black pepper
salt
