Good morning ...(имя учителя) . You know that not so long ago we left for London. I promised you to write a small letter and i'm doing it now. Beyond any shadow of doubt London is a wonderful city, i like it very much. We had a lot of interesting excursions and i got to know so many new things. I like different points of the British capital but i dislike one - the weather. It's safe to say that the weather in London is very unpredictable. You wake up early in the morning, look out of the window and see that it's sunny, but in some minutes the sky changes its colour and becomes grey. You hope that it won't be rainy but you are mistaken - in a jiffy it rains cats and dogs. One day we went to Buckingham Palace and didn't take umbrellas. Later on we felt sorry about it because got wet through. I learned that the winters in London are rather mild but it can also be cold. Spring is the best season. The sky is usually blue and it's warm, but it doesn't last for a long time. Well, London is a magnificent city but the weather deserves to be better!
The sun was setting over the horizon . The last of the tourists left Trafalgar Square in central London , returning to their hotels with their families. The area took a terrible emptiness. Pigeons flew in nearby windowsills to roost for the night and a monument to Lord Nelson , sitting on top, standing alone . The only noise that could be heard was the spray of the fountain , like drops of water fell into the pool below. Four bronze lions that sit on the monument , protecting Lord Nelson , were now alone. There were no more children climbing all over them . Do not have a camera flash. It was quiet .
