Patient 62 years has been hospitalized with complaints to pains in calf muscles, arising after 50-100 meters walking and disappearing after the short-time resting. Anamnesis is within 2 years, when he marked for the first time pains in the left shin after the long walking. Subsequently the quantity of meters of distance which the patient could pass without rest, progressively was been decreased, he had no treatment. Objectively: the left shin and foot are pale, skin temperature decreased, and hairs of shin are absent. Nails of fingers of legs are fragile. The pulsation on the right lower limb is determined in all levels, on left lower extremity- only on a common femoral artery. The Oppel`s, Holdflame`s, Sammuel`s symptoms are positive. What’s the diagnosis?
