пусть x моль CO2 вст-о в р-ию 1) с x моль KOH и обр-ь x моль KHCO3, а KOH ост-я в кол-е 0.3-x моль;

в р-ию 2) вст-т KOH и KHCO3 в кол-е по 0.3-x моль и обр-я по 0.3-x моль K2CO3 и H2O, а KHCO3 ост-я в кол-е x-(0.3-x) = 2*x-0.3 моль;

масса р-ра KOH увел-я на 44*x г CO2;

по условию, 100*(2*x-0.3)/(1.13*106.2+44*x) = 0.074, откуда x = 0.1976 моль;

2(CH3)2NH + 7.5O2 = 4CO2 + N2 + 7H2O;

n (CH3)2NH = n CO2/2 = 0.0988 моль;

V (CH3)2NH = 22.4*0.0988 = 2.21312 = 2.2 л.
