Present Simple

1.  Утвердительные - инфинитив без частицы to, + окончание s/es в третьем лице ед. числа (она, он, оно)
I go to school.  She goes to school.

2.  Вопросительные
при вс глагола Do/ does (3 лицо. ед. числа) + инфинитив без to.  Обратный порядок слов - do/does в начале
Do you like it?  Does she like it?

3.  Отрицательные при вс глагола Do (not)/ does (not) (3 лицо. ед. числа) + инфинитив без to. 
I don't like it.  She doesn't like it.

Past Simple
1.  Утвердительные - окончание ed для правильных глаголов и вторая форма глагола у неправильных глаголов (список таких глаголов есть в любом словаре или учебнике)
I washed my car. She went to school yesterday.

2.  Вопросительные
при вс глагола Do в времени - did + инфинитив без to.  Обратный порядок слов - did в начале
Did you like it?  Did she like it?

3. Отрицательные при вс глагола did + инфинитив без to. 
I didn't like it.  She didn't like it.

Past Simple: 1. I didn't to school on Sunday. 2.My father read newspapers in last evening. 3.She was the best student in our class. 4. I went to London in last year. 5. She worked five days in the week. Present Simple: 1. I go to school everh day, except Sunday. 2. My father reads newspapers in the evening. 4. I go to London on today. 5. She works five days in the week. Present Perfect: 1. I have gone to school. 2. My father has read newspaper. 3. She hasn't been the best student in our class. 4. I have never gone to London. 5. She has ever worked five days in the week.
