I think , that each human must has although be three healthy habits. I know three habits , for instance: eat only useful food , sport and reading a lot of books . Also I like run around my resident, eat only meat and vegetables and improve my skills in IT techonologies. In my country people like various type sports , include running, swimming , reading, sport, workout. I recommend , so each human like eat only useful food . Because the most useful and healthy habit is eat only the most useful food. Food can improve health human and help in threat different disease.
