By keeping physically active, you're making sure that your joints and body organs are kept in good working order.Also it's help keep up your health and avoid eny colds.You'll can feel increase your energy level and brain activity, and thinking about that must give you feeling good and give self-confidence.
Young people must take the time to 60 minutes of physical activity every day,and old people must spend 30 minutes of eny exersices at least a five days a week.
A good idea is to find really enjoyable exercise for you,and assign for it some time.
Before you start.You should take advice from doctor,it's can be dangerous to do some exercises without board,he will also let you know if you can have any problems with health.Sports means not only gym,it can be just cycling and walking to school,running around a blocks,playing any sport game.School,college or university may run sessions for it.Your local authority can also give you information of sporting activities in your area.
