If you want to be healthy,you must go in for sports, eat only healthy food and dont have nasty habits/ Dont spend hours sitting near your computer/ it will be better for your heaith to go in for sports. Also dont eat unhealthy food as hamburgers, Cola, chips, crisps and fries. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Never smoke, its very dangerous for your health! So , as english proverb say^ A healthy mind in a healthy body.
