И да, Have без got активно использовалось в вопросах и отрицаниях. Но очень давно. За эти годы язык изменился, и сейчас редко можно услышать такой вопрос.
4. Отрицание тоже формируется иначе. Вместо Don’t have будет Have not got или сокращённо Haven’t got. Например: He hasn’t got a car.
5. В тех случаях, когда слово Have обозначает не обладание, а другое действие, к нему НЕ прибавляется got.

Кстати про чай. Если мы скажем: I have tea, это будет означать: Я пью чай.
