My favourite subject is Maths. You will ask me: "Why?". I can easily answer your question. I really enjoy working with numbers, doing sums, counting percents. As for me, Maths is the most important subject. Maths is everywhere in our big and busy life. We couldn't live without it because better part of modern equipment is based on Maths. People count something everywhere - at the bank, shop, work, school and so on. So, I think that everyone must study and know this subject because you will be forced to pass the Maths exam and you just must know it to read the price at shop.
The London Eye is a very popular tourist attraction in London. It is a giant observation wheel. It is situated on the South Bank of the Thames. It is visited by over 3.5 million people every year. The wheel structure is 135 metres tall and a diameter of it is 120 metres . There are 32 capsules. In each capsules there are 25 passengers. Each egg-shaped capsule is 8 meters long and weighs 500kg. The wheel revolves very slowly. So people can board or disembark without its stopping.
A complete turn takes about 30 minutes. Passengers have a great view of London. They can see many famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Houses of Parliament. On a clear day you can see as far as 40 km The London Eye is open year round, except for Christmas Day and one week in January. I would like to visit this attraction.
