I think nowadays we have more opportunities to communicate than ever before in the history. People used to write and post letters and wait for the answer for weeks and even months. They used to learn the news from newspapers. Then the telegraph machine was invented, after that people started using the telephone and the radio. Television was another important step forward. And now we have telephones and the Internet with email.

Today we communicate with the help of emails, blogs, social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Our smartphones give us the ability to immediately send and receive written and spoken messages.
