But we know that your special interest has always been the British Isles. When did you get interested in travelling? Jack Robinson: I can't tell you the exact day but I remember that when I was a little boy l used to read a lot. And once my parents gave me a book about British geography. When was looking through the book I saw a picture of the Lake District. l admired the place greatly and at that moment decided to become a traveller. Interviewer: When did you first go to the Lake District? Jack Robinson: When I left school my father took me on a journey to the North England and we spent a few days in the Lake District. Interviewer: What other parts of England have you explored? Jack Robinson: I have been to all the parts of the country and also to Scotland, Wales and Ireland. But I have never been to India where I am going next Monday. Interviewer: Next Monday? Jack Robinson: Yes. We start on October 12, and at the end of the month we arrive in India.
