Dear Kate,
I am staying in a very comfortable hotel near sandy beach on the South of England. Unfortunately, it has been very windy and the hotel itself is very expensive. My only other complain is that the food is rather greasy and I have been hungry most of the time because I have had great difficulty in finding anything suitable on the menu here.
However, I have been very impressed by the beauty of nature here and the kindness of the people. It is true that I have suffered a bit from boredom but I always do when I am not busy. Sometimes I feel sleepy in the middle of the day and have a short nap, which I'm very thankful for. Unfortunately, I don't sleep well at night because the people in the room next to me are extremely noisy.
