Reading Read the text and answer the questions.
No matter what your age is, young or old, yoga can help you to be more flexible, stronger and have better posture. Most yoga classes are based on Hatha yoga but it can take many forms. Nowadays, power yoga, which is more aerobic than most yoga is popular and so is aerial yoga. Aerial yoga is an excellent form of yoga because it builds strength and increases flexibility quicker than other more gentle forms of yoga. It’s also fun to do and that is why young people enjoy this kind of yoga the most.
Yoga is particularly good for teens for a number of reasons. Firstly, it helps with posture and body image. If young people stand up tall and straight it helps them to feel more confident about themselves. It also builds fitness and makes you strong. So it helps teenagers have energy and to feel fit too. One of the best things about yoga, though, is that it helps combat stress because it works to control breathing. Being able to control your breathing is very relaxing. Stress management is very important for most teens nowadays and yoga has proven benefits in helping people to feel relaxed.
