Сделайте . say what you should / shouldn`t do when you to keep fit. пример: we should take some exercise to keep fit. a) get up early in the morning, do morning exercises; b) stay in bed till 11 o`clock, eat too much, walk a lot; c) drink milk and juice, smoke, eat fruit and vegetables; d) drink fizzy drinks, work too hard, go to bed early.
