This summer I've
decided to go to
Kazakhstan on a student exchange
programme. I really hope to be a geologist
in the future, so for me Kazakhstan is a
great 1) as a lot of the industry
there is based on the extraction of natural
resources. That makes it a great place to
learn more about geology as a field of
2) , as well as make potentially
valuable contacts for the future. It's an
amazing opportunity, totally different from
anything I can do here in London, so I'm
going to make the most of it!
Last year, all of my
test results were
great; I got an A in every subject. If I keep
working hard, this year will be the same.
That should give me lots of options, but to
be honest, I'm not quite sure what
3) I want to take career-
wise. So I've decided to take a(n)
4) and try jobs in
different industries, in order to figure out
which path I want to pursue. I'm planning
on making an informed decision when I
eventually choose my course at university.
